Which parts of Peel Region does Neha serve?
All three Peel Region municipalities: Brampton, Mississauga and Caledon. The office at 7900 Hurontario St sits near Hurontario St & Steeles Ave, beside the Brampton Gateway Terminal, so it’s on the main north-south corridor that links all three. Hurontario runs south into Mississauga and continues north as Highway 10 toward Caledon.
Each area brings different mortgage questions. Mississauga clients often ask about condos and status certificates, while Caledon buyers ask about wells, septic systems and acreage. See the Mississauga mortgage agent and Caledon mortgage agent pages for the local detail.
What’s different about buying in Brampton’s neighbourhoods?
Brampton isn’t one housing market. The type of home, its age and whether it has a second unit all shape the mortgage conversation.
| Area | Common housing | Mortgage points to know |
|---|---|---|
| Downtown Brampton | Older detached homes, some condos, near Brampton GO and Gage Park | Older homes may need an inspection-based budget for updates |
| Bramalea | Older planned neighbourhoods: semis, townhouses, near Bramalea GO and Bramalea City Centre | Condo townhouse fees count in your debt ratios |
| Springdale, Sandalwood, Gore Meadows | Newer detached and semi-detached homes, many with basement units | Lenders treat legal and unregistered basement rent differently |
| Castlemore, Vales of Castlemore | Larger detached homes | Larger prices mean checking the $1.5 million insured cap |
| Mount Pleasant, Fletcher’s Meadow, Northwood | Townhouses and semis, newer subdivisions, Mount Pleasant GO | Popular with first-time buyers and co-buyers |
| Credit Valley, Bram West | Newer detached homes in the west and southwest, near Highways 401 and 407 | Move-up buyers often need to line up selling and buying |
| Heart Lake, Snelgrove | Established detached homes in the north | Long-time owners often ask about refinancing or a HELOC |
Many of Neha’s Brampton clients are multi-generational families or co-buyers, such as parents with adult children or siblings buying together. Lenders can combine incomes, but each person’s debts and credit count too. Start with the buy a home options, or the refinance and home equity options if you already own.

How do online mortgage appointments work?
Most of the process doesn’t need you in the office, which suits busy families, shift workers and anyone outside Peel.
How an online appointment works
- Book a time: Call (647) 530-1682 or use the contact page to choose an online appointment.
- Talk it through: Meet by phone or video call, in English, Hindi or Punjabi, with co-buyers joining from wherever they are.
- Share documents electronically: Apply online through the mortgage app and calculators and send paperwork digitally instead of dropping it off.
- Review your options: Neha walks you through each lender option and the costs before anything is submitted.
- Close with your lawyer: Your real estate lawyer handles the final signing and registration.
Can Neha help if you live outside Peel Region?
Yes. Neha works with clients elsewhere in Ontario through online appointments, whether you’re in Toronto, Halton, York or further away. Licensed in Ontario; happy to help clients relocating from anywhere in Canada.
If you’re moving to the GTA for work, you can start a pre-approval before you arrive so you know your budget. Prefer your own language? See mortgage help in Punjabi and Hindi.
